Laos, the land of million elephants, is an unforgetable destination in Indochina. If you choose active vacation and holiday, don't miss Laos. It has a true nature for trekking and cycling. With a combination of its ancient capital in the north, Luang Prabang, Vang Vieng and Vientiane. Northern Laos and Thailand will make up one of the best Laos cycling routes in the region. Laos cycling tour along the Mekong river to the south and to discover 4 thousand islands, Wat Phu near Pakse. From there, it is also a good combination to cross the border and continue cycling to Cambodia. Laos cycling is really a life time experience to see the 2 countries on the bike especially cycling along the Mekong River, to see the endangered Irrawady Dolphin in Kratie (Cambodia). The end of Mekong River in Kampong Cham, head north toward the ancient Khmer capital of Angkor. You can do also the reversed Laos biking as the flights are running to both starting and finishing point.
