Names: Hyde and Sophie Thomson (Australia)
Dates: 01 - 13 May, 2010
We had the most fantastic experience. The bikes were fine and Khun was expert at fixing them and noticing when we were nearly dead from the heat!
The others cyclists around Siem Reap on our tour were lovely. They all put up with me unsure of my ability to cycle and certainly made me laugh at meals.
The food in Siem Reap was appropriate for a tour group - although it was a huge amount!!!!! Hyde was delighted.
The accommodation at all places was terrific and a great variety. San Boeun handled all the mixed personalities very well and answered all our questions about the temples.
Once we left Siem Reap we really started our experience! San (guide) and Khun (driver) were fantastic. We enjoyed sharing our meals together and eating whatever was suggested during the day. San assisted me but also allowed Hyde to have a bit more of a challenge.
I loved the idea to go to Kep and then Kampot and the ride was better. The accomodation was gorgeous - but it wasn't until Shinoukville that we saw the real market. Your staff are terrific San was amazing.
We love your country and your people and am proud that we have been so graciously received in your country.
San was amazing and got us into Malibu bungalows - absolutely perfect and should be recommended for those clients that want to be away from that area of Shinoukville where that area was awful, full of barangs (hahaha). It all ended well with Malibu. The staff were beautiful and we had a fantastic time.
