Angkor Dirt Bike Tours 3 Days / 2 Nights

Day 1: Banteay Chhmar
Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to Banteay Chhmar, the remote temple built by the Cambodian famous King Jayavarman VII. We stop shortly to get gasoline and restroom in Sisophon. Then visit Ang Trapaeng Thmor bird watching sanctuary to spot for Sarus Crane. Afternoon, continue the motorbike tours to Anlung Veang, the former Khmer Rouge strong hold before they integrated all their forces into the government forces to end the long 2 decades of civil war. Overnight in Anlung Veang.


Day 2: Anlung Veang - Siem Reap
siem_reap_dirt_bike_toursToday we ride uphill to visit some of former Khmer Rouge sites including Pol Pot's grave.He was thetop leader who responsible for the genocide regime in Cambodia. He was believed to die in 1998 because of heart attack. Continue the motorcycle tours to visit Ta Mok's house and his office at the foot of Dang Rek hill.Ta Mok was the former Khmer Rouge commander. He was arrested by the government and later on died in prison. Today, there are 5 top Khmer Rouge leaders wating for international tribunal in Phnom Penh for their crime againt humanity. Then we ride to Siem Reap via Sre Noy. We stop to visit the Landmines Museum of Mr. Akira. Mr. Ra is dedicated to clearing the Cambodian countryside of landmines laid during the years of conflict and relies entirely on visitors' donation to fund his work. Overnight in Siem Reap.


Day 3: Angkor Temple Complex

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we take the motorbike trip to explore the temples in Angkor Complex by motorbike on the back road. After getting our Angor pass at the check point, we visit the junlge temple of Ta Phrom, Kravan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei, Takeo, Chao Say Tevoda, Tommanon. We ride on the single trails to visit the former capital of Ankor Thom including Bayon, Baphoun, Phimean Akas, Terrace of Elephants, Terrace of Leaper King. Afternoon, we extensively visit Angkor Wat, the 7th Wonder of the World and sunset view. Tour Ends.

Road Surface

This tour mostly follows mixed of dirt road, passing the countryside and the rice field, the jungle. The back road along the village is small but enjoyable for motorbike, less busy. A little bit sandy, muddy and potholes.

Groups of 6 or more, a Dirt Bike Tour Leader, plus one bike mechanic. Groups below 5 will be led by our local dirt bike guide who is also good at mechanic.
